Emily rejoined the title insurance industry in 2026 after advancing her business development expertise in private equity at Gerson Lehrman Group (New York) and real estate finance at 1210 Capital (Wayne, Pennsylvania). She began her career at Land Services USA as an associate underwriter and, over time, has developed a strong network across commercial real estate, finance, and legal sectors.
 
In her current role, Emily focuses on expanding the Philadelphia NCS presence throughout the tri‑state region, western Pennsylvania, and emerging markets. She specializes in cultivating new client relationships and industrial‑sector opportunities—including warehousing, logistics, data centers, and manufacturing assets. Emily is dedicated to providing clients with dependable partnership and delivering thoughtful collaboration to our underwriting teams.

Emily is an active member of WIRE Philadelphia, ULI Philadelphia, and CoreNet Global (Philadelphia, New York, Pittsburgh). She also serves as the elected class representative for the Dickinson College Alumni Network and as a trustee for the Kappa Kappa Gamma (Epsilon Omega chapter.) She is a graduate of Dickinson College.
